It goes on tough, so you know it won't fall off!!!!! I got it on ebay for a flat $15 (engraving + shipping was free). I figured a pretty one could be disreguarded as just a regular bracelet, so no one will think something this plain is anything but a medical alert bracelet!

Weight Loss Method Roux en Y Gastric Bypass | It says: KELLY DIAZ GASTRIC BYPASS NO NG TUBE WITHOUT SCOPE Actually, this is a seprate story because it wouldn't have mattered if this person had a bracelet or not, but I heard a stroy from one of our anesthetists(nurse) about something that happened where her husband is an anesthesiologist (Dr). A lady was having her TT after RNY and for whatever reason either the info didn't get passed on or someone didn't empahasize it during their lunch relief and they suctioned her out and perfed her pouch. They always suction stomach contents, even if you're NPO for surgery, so they DEFINITELY do it if it's an emergency so you don't aspirate any stomach contents. They are always aggresive and go far to get to the bottom of a mornal stomach. They had to keep her under and call in the guy who did the RNY to fix her stomach. Can you say LAWSUIT!
