Default Tips for a stall

3lbs in 5 weeks. help. I know, it will come off. I've read some stuff in the past, what has everyone done to get back on the loss track. My vitamins and water are perfect by the way so that isn't it. My carbs are low, I get my protein in. help.

Alt Weight Loss Surgery Insurance
Yes, you can often get insurance cover for your Weight Loss Surgery.
Our own Craig "Big-T" Thompson has been there and done that, and he's written an e-book about it.

i'd think you'd be too early out to start over with the liquid diet, to reboast/shock your body..

GOOD LUCK!!

Exercise? Also, it may be that it's time to up your total intake a bit, and let your body know you're doing fine. Just be patient and stick to your surgeon's plan, it should start moving again.
In the meanwhile, what about your clothes sizes? Your inches? Be sure to check 'em out, since when the scale numbers ain't movin' is when your clothes sizes and inches are.
((((((HUGS))))) You're fine, and doing well.

I exercise at least 4 or 5 days a week, I am trying to push it a little more in the workouts. I can't believe that for the first time in my life someone is telling me to up my intake but I can relate. it scares me to death being able to eat more though. Is it too soon for the pouch reset?

Dolphin Lover, I am right there with you. And look, our starting weight and heights are almost the same. You are doing great. Your surgery was 2 months after mine and you have lost just about as much weight as me.

Too soon, my dear. (I mean the pouch test plan.)
What you need to do, is to let your body know that you are not starving. Your low intake is making your body hang on to everything you eat, so you need to let your body know that you can get in what your body needs.
Keep in mind, the low intake will not get you through, throughout life. As you lose, and get closer to goal, you need to increase your intake, so eventually, the energy you spend daily, and the energy you get in daily, are equal, so you will maintain at that weight. If you kept it low, then you will lose more weight than you need to, and that is not healthy. So, you need to slowly introduce new foods, and to slowly increase your intake. That lets the body know that you know what you are doing, and will keep your body on the losing track, until most of your excess fat--your stored energy resevoir--has been used.
