I stood on the scale this morning and hoping it would say 130 pounds of but it is lingering on 129 pounds lost for almost a week now and it is making me so anxious for that one lousy pound to come off so I can say that I have 130 pounds off. I like rounded off numbers if that makes any sence. So I thought I would post this because I noticed when we all cheered on someone else they lost those pounds. So I am asking for a cheer for me from all my friends here. Or any hints to get that one pounds off would be so much appreciated. After this pound is off my goal is to weight 225.
