Alt Weight Loss Surgery Insurance
Yes, you can often get insurance cover for your Weight Loss Surgery.
Our own Craig "Big-T" Thompson has been there and done that, and he's written an e-book about it.

Glad to hear that you are at home and doing well. When I got home I was only on liquids and didn't do to much, really didn't feel much like eating so just took it easy for a few days then things got better. Did not have any swelling, but sounds like you should alert your surgeon about and that you don't feel like eating as well. Hope things work out for you.

Congratulations on joining the Losers' Bench.

You're overloaded with IV fluids from the surgery right now, it will go a way in a week or so, but get up and walk as often as you feel comfortable with.
Since you had open, it will take a tad longer for you to feel better that those who had lap. However, your insides will heal at the same rate.
What stage food are you supposed to be on right now? If you don't do well right now with the most dense kinds of food you are okayed for, stick to the lighter ones for a day or two, then go back to heavier ones.

(((((((HUGS)))))) May your journey go well.

right now....it's the liquid that's important...keep pushing your fluids...the food issues will come later...and they have a way of ironing themselves out...you will have to pick/choose to find the routine that works for you, depending on the stage...

Congrats on successful surgery....walk as much as you can...even a little at a time...it will help with the soreness!
