Weight Loss Method Roux en Y Gastric Bypass    |  I did it  Last week I made it to Onderland, weighing under 200 pounds, at 199. My vitamin company sent me some enRgy samples, and I tried them the past 3 days. Yesterday, I weighed 195. I started this journey at 345 pounds, so that makes it official, 150 pound weight loss. This AM, my scale read 194.8 pounds, so it's even more official. I'm grateful to this forum, one other forum, my support group meetings, and the information available on the Internet to help me in this journey. I'm a happy camper today. DAVE
