I haven't posted pics in a few days....scales aren't moving, so I don't feel the need to update things....but I am making progress...and with all the working out, I think things must be redistributing....
I bought a pair of jeans from old navy....size 1 long....blows my mind and I still think it's a fluke....it just really depends on the brand...I also bought some capris this weekend at the mall...size 5 juniors....then another pair of jeans at American Eagle...they are 4's. You just never know until you try it on...I'm able to wear 4's in a lot of things....a friend brought me an Ann Taylor pantsuit she can't wear anymore...I told DDH it's NEVER gonna fit...the pants are 4's, the jacket is a 6...it fits like it was made for me...
I still have all this excess skin...and I'm looking forward to the consult in a few weeks to deal with some of this....I finally had my wedding rings resized to a 4.5 (I've always had tiny fingers)....
I'm at that point where people are REALLY telling me to put on the brakes...dont' lose anymore...and I'm OK with that...if I get the skin issues dealt with, it will more than likely put me UNDER goal....part of me wants to lose a little more...part of me is fine where I am...do we ever get happy?

You've done such a wonderful job Kath! You look AMAZING!!! I think the skin issues bother you alot and you may never feel "happy" until those are dealt with. But in clothes girl you look fabulous!!!!! You just need to train your brain to realize that you DO look good! I think you're in perfect sizes, it doesn't matter what the scale reads. It's the clothing sizes that mean something!!!

that's the thing Chilly...I see all these clothes...or people I know who I think look REALLY good...and I'm actually smaller than they are....I guess it will just take a while for the brain to catch up to my body....I still have "fat" mentality, and it's hard to realize...we see ourselves every day...but what we see is COMPLETELY different from what everyone else sees....

Does your skin hang low,does it wobble to and fro.....Sorry, that song came to my head. Everyone always talks about hanging skin. I am not looking forward to that. You look absolutely fabulous.
