 |  Wanted to share some of my good news!!!
I was just reading a post where tickets were won to go to Cali for a cool show....and I just couldn't resist. I finally after 10+ years got a call couple of weeks ago from The Oprah Show...I got tickets to be in the audience...so my husband and I went to see her on 04.29.08 and I just couldn't believe that a dream of mines was coming true...again. (first getting the surgery after 3.5 years of struggling and then going on Oprah a month post op)
I haven't even got to the best part...I got to shake Oprah's hand and Gayle's hand too. Then Oprah gets up and starts talking for a few minutes....then she springs on us that we were on the "Oprahs Favorite Things"....can u friggen believe that, even my husband was jumping up and down like a little girl!!!! The show airs on May 20th. I cant share what we got (my husband and I both got one of everything) until the show airs but I can say that we got to see Donald Trump, Mary J Blige, and Heidi Klum....with the exception of the births of my four sons, the day I got married, and the day I had my surgery...this was the best day of my LIFE!!!
Now all I have on my wish list of things to do before 50 is go to Africa!!! And my husband sprung on me this past Christmas that looks like we will be able to fulfill that dream of mines on our 10th anniversary which is 03/2009....life is good!!! Im so blessed!!!

WOW! I remember when I visited Chicago that Harpo studios seemed to have it's own offramp on the freeway. She is one powerful woman, and to see all those other stars...unbelievable!
