For those of you who have been following, I have been waiting for what feels like forever to take this police officer exam. Part 1 (the written portion) is saturday morning. I am not really nervous. I have taken this portion before so I am confident that I can pass it. It's the next step which has me shaking in my boots. I have done NO work at all but i still have about 3 months to get some kind of upper body strength...I have to do this. i have to...OH THE PRESSURE!!!!!

Weight Loss Surgery Insurance
Yes, you can often get insurance cover for your Weight Loss Surgery. Our own Craig "Big-T" Thompson has been there and done that, and he's written an e-book about it.
i think i am going to lift with free weights and just dive head first into push ups. they are a requirement anyway. i just feel so discouraged already. i have NO upperbody strength at all anymore. NONE. lol. im nt counting myself out just yet though...
You can start with wall push outs and then move to "girly" pushups then move on to the real deal. You'll be surprised how fast you will build muscle ~ we know you can do this!
i agree with the ladies here...You Can do this...keep your head up and do what you need to do to get to your goal..good luck on your written test on saterday
You willl do this Kenya. You are the type that can accommplish anything you put your mind to. I have no doubt that you will pass both parts woith flying colors! Good Luck
Wow!! I have missed alot! That is fantastic news! Go You!!! yep push ups, tricep dips and if you can try chin ups, start with your feet on something and take part of your weight. If you have an obsticle course near your place, they are also good for building 'real-life' strength and speed.
Best of luck with it all!!!!
