Weight Loss Method Roux en Y Gastric Bypass  |  Goodmorning Everyone! Hi everyone. I am so so so sorry that I have not been much support to you guys. I have been so busy with life, some good some bad and some i just dont know anymore type stuff.....I have been up and down emotionally for a while. Its been such a monster roller coaster ride for me the last couple of mths. I dont want to bore you with all the details. Its a bag of mixed emotions. Anyway weight wise I am still doing great. Still maintaining. SOme days with all the stress i eat like a pig.....but again eating like a pig now is not like eating like a pig 2 years ago. I am still careful what i binge on.....but some days even all my other strategies dont work as well as food does and i just go there. We are all human. That is not an every day stress reliever but it is for the big stuff and I am at a point that its ok. Sometimes we just need it. As long as it isnt a routine. I do pop in every now and then and read just dont have tim to post. I am so proud of all you guys. You have done AWSOME. I think about you and pray for you when ever asked. Welcome to all the newbies here as well. THis is a great support place. Again I am so sorry for not being here as much as i should and to be honest i dont know when things will die down here but i promise to not be such a stranger. I can access my email for aol on my phone and that is prob the best way to catch me considering i am out all the time and always have my phone.
