Smile 3 1/2 month labs

I got most of my results today and they look great! I was really nervous about the calcium because I wasn't taking citrate and should have been, but it's perfect. I only had 2 abnormal values in all those #'s. One of the tests for my gall bladder was a little high, but luckily I work with surgeons all day! I ran into the one I'd go to to have it taken out (since my bypass doc is an hour away) about 15 minutes after I got the results and he said it's a little high, but nothing to be concerned about. I should just have it checked again in a few months and go from there. He's an awesome doctor and he's cute too !
One of the tests said I was slightly low which would point to iron defiency, but it was the % lab that was off, the actual iron level lab was perfect. They may possibly have me take some kind of supplement since I don't now.
And my cholesterol went down too! I was never high, but now it's only 143. The high and low values are off (the good # is too low and high # is too high) but overall not bad!
So overall, not bad!

Alt Weight Loss Surgery Insurance
Yes, you can often get insurance cover for your Weight Loss Surgery.
Our own Craig "Big-T" Thompson has been there and done that, and he's written an e-book about it.

Ya!! My iron was normal, but on the low end so they told me to take an iron suppplement so I won't get anemic. Also, to up your good cholesterol you can take an omega 3 fish oil or flaxseed. Ask your doc, but it seems to work for me. So cool to have things good "in" your body, isn't it?

Actually, silly me, my bad cholesterol isn't too high, it's optimal (under 100 is optimal and I'm at 95), but my good cholesterol is too low. It should be at least 40 and over 50 is good and I'm at 39. My triglycerides are great! Under 150 is good and mine are 45!
