Weight Loss Method Roux en Y Gastric Bypass |  tylenol ?? in my pre surgery class they said that we can have tylenol. i tried taking it twice - split two tablets into 4 pieces. both times it took me around 2 hours to get it all down and each time i swallowed one of the little pieces it didn't feel right in my pouch. i quit taking my pain meds but want something to take the edge off of my arthritis pain. i just went to the store and found adult liquid tylenol - but it has corn syrup in it, i am afraid to try - certainly don't want to experience dumping. has anyone used the liquid tylenol?
