Weight Loss Method Roux en Y Gastric Bypass    |  Two Year Labs I just had my 2 year labs read by my doctor. Everything turned out very good. Doc said two thumbs up, everything was above average, except vitamin D, which was low normal. Even though I do daily walking in the sun, and take vitamin D with my calcium citrate, my vitamins D levels, at thier highest, have only been 23, a low normal reading. She wanted to know what vitamins I was taking, so I told her about the liquid 10-in-One vitmains I've taken for the last 7 months. I weighed 193.4 pounds at home today, so I'm still a member of the 150 pounds off "gang". DAVE
