Default Menu Please?

Can somebody please just make a menu for me so I can PLEAAASEEEE get off of this month long stall. This stall has been the most mentally challenging since my surgery. I swear I feel like giving up! I just don't know what to do. I keep thinking, "God, please don't let this be all the weight I am going to lose." Does anybody think that it is physically possible for me to be at the end of my weight loss at only 7 1/2 months out from surgery?

PLEASE HELP!!!

Yes, you can often get insurance cover for your Weight Loss Surgery.
Our own Craig "Big-T" Thompson has been there and done that, and he's written an e-book about it.

First of all... are you getting 8 hours of sleep every night? Sleep deprivation can hinder weight loss... so can stress. Take a hot bubble bath, and go to bed early. Get some exercise in as often as you can... get all of your protein in, and try to go easy on the carbs. If you're already doing all of this, then you need someone to design a menu for you

Hello, stall queen here, ok, so as I see it you are experiencing what is normal for me. I usually stall for 3-5 weeks at a time, have done this at least 3 times. What I have found is this. 1 - are you eating enough? are you getting in enough calories that your body doesnt think you are starving? Early out, I was sorta low on the calorie count and it def affects your body's willingness to let go of the weight. 2 - Are you following pouch rules? No drinking with your food, etc. 3 - Are you exercising? I found that walking was the best for me to keep the weight loss going and even at that, I had long stalls. Lastly, are you doing measurements? You will be shocked at how many inches are lost even when pounds dont seem to let go! Hope this helps, hang on, you will probably whooosh soon!

My weight loss started to slow down. I started drinking more water, eating protein and veggies only, and actually....slowed down on my exercise. I was doing over 3 miles a day in about 45 minutes. I was swelling really bad. I think I was dehydrating b/c not enough fluids and burning too much off. I cut back to 1.5 miles upped water some (i tried to up water while continuing the 3+ miles only to swell more..the swelling went on for 1 month) and in 8 days I lost 12 pounds!!! I added 8oz of water to get to about 64. I was having trouble getting fluids in. I ate 3 oz of marinated chicken with veggies for lunch and 3 oz of chicken in a different marinade and veggies for dinner. I did 1 protein shake for breakfast. I would try to added a small snack with some extra protein. That really spead up the weight loss for me. Good luck!! Hopefully the scale moves soon!!

Honey, get used to them. I thought that they were going to be the death of me, but your body really does need time to catch up. It really is for the best. It does get easier...I know that this doesnt help, but we have all been there and know exactly how it feels to you right now. I whoosh, stop, stall and bounce! Good Luck.
