I was just researching and going to order because I am struggling to find a protein drink that I like. I have heard so many positive things about the taste on here that I thought I couldn't go wrong. In trying to find a place to purchase online I stumbled across a review of the drink which states that it has extremely high cholesterol. The amount in the drink is 20g which equals 20,000mg. The daily recommended amount of cholesterol is 30mg the website states. Have any of you had you labs done after drinking these for a while and if so...are cholesterol levels normal?

I had my 6 month labs done after drinking these daily for 6 months and my cholesterol was lower then pre-surgery and in the normal range I drink 1 a day

My cholesterol was fine at my 3 month labs/check up. But honestly, if it was elevated I would give something else up - eggs, beef...not my achiev1's!

I haven't tried the Achiev 1's. I did try for the first time today the kind that Kathy recommended. They are the Extreme protein drinks. They have 35 g protein in each one. It was good too.

Do you mean the total cholesterol for US as wls patients? Just curious! I love these drinks and my cholesterol was 143 a few weeks ago after my 3 1/2 month check up! So I say - DRINK UP!!!!!
