Weight Loss Method Roux en Y Gastric Bypass   |  something i learned about iced tea no matter how much of it you drink it will NOT hydrate you.i learned the hard way.for 3 or 4 days straight when it was ungodly hot thats all i drank.no water...just tea.BIG mistake.i started having migrains,very tired and sluggish and felt awful.so i switched to water and it all went away.it was a silly mistake on my part and i should have known better.i still drink it once in a while but i will not depend on it as my water intake.sooo thats what i learned this week.gotta be smarter than the pouchie! huggs christy

| Guru In Training | Thanks for the info, I did drink a lot before WLS butnow it crystal light. I have deceided that crystal light upsets my stomach . It did befor tho to. I now am drinking reg. tea hot in the am and just drinking water laced with lemon juice. Peggy/F
