Default Scales

Here is a picture of my scales. I weigh every morning when I get up but I don't obsess about it. If it comes off, good. If it doesn't, it will. If I'm naughty, I expect to see the penalty the next day. This is about the most accurate scale you can get without batteries or a wall plug! (If the planet's gravitational constant ever changes, expect to see major weight fluctuations, though!!)

Alt Weight Loss Surgery Insurance
Yes, you can often get insurance cover for your Weight Loss Surgery.
Our own Craig "Big-T" Thompson has been there and done that, and he's written an e-book about it.
