Exclamation UPDATE: Pimadc / Darcy's surgery....

Hey everyone....I talked with Darcy and her husband today....

Her surgery went smooth - and in comparison to yesterday....she is feeling better. Although, she is still having a rough time. She has gotten out of bed, and has walked a little...but not doing too well with the 'liquids' they are trying to have her "get down."

Do you REMEMBER THAT??

Oooooh, I do! The thing I don't remember...and didn't think sounded too good was she was nauseated today....and yesterday vomited. It made her nervous b/c it was blood - the nurse said it was normal b/c she just had surgery. I don't remeber feeling any nausea.....my anesthesiologist really loaded me up with drugs to control the nausea.

Do you REMEMBER THIS???

They were going to bring her a high protein meal tonight...and her husband said that he thought that she was doing REALLY great....and he is thankful that the surgery is over. He brought their children up to see her today...and that was a really great time!!

Keep Darcy in your thoughts and prayers....she is going home from the hospital according to the nursing staff - Tomorrow Morning.

Alt Weight Loss Surgery Insurance
Yes, you can often get insurance cover for your Weight Loss Surgery.
Our own Craig "Big-T" Thompson has been there and done that, and he's written an e-book about it.

So glad to hear she's doing fairly well. Did she have it Lapro or and open surgey? I thank God that I never had a bout of throwing up or any of that. Good to hear she has a loving spouse and children to help her recovery.

Hey Darcy,
Glad your home. I couldn't even get on my PC until 3 or 4 days after I got out of the hospital. Try and rest and do what the doc says. You will be feeling better before you know it. And remember YOU DID IT!!!
I am so happy for you.
