hi everyone i felt i HAD to come clean and let you know that i have made 3 very big mistakes in my eating!!! i actually ate an ice cream cone. i just filled the cone with icecream pc of all things and made it flat. but ate the filled cone. then a whole butter tart at work yesterday!!!!!!!!!!!!! What the bleep is that ??? i was just drooling!! and couldnt overcome my urge to eat it!!! i have also been nibbling here and nibbling there on carbs!! chips to be exact!! i didnt do that at all the whole time since oct surgery and now i crave them?? what the heck?? i need a good slap!! why do i have the cravings for sugar again? i soooooooo need to cleanse myself and refocus!! i am not drinking pop so that cant be the problem. see this pic below?? i just got into American Eagle T size large and Ricky jeans size 14!!! i just made the century club and up until now i have never wavered or had a problem. i find my stomach holds alot more now!! only have 45 lbs to lose till goal and if i keep going i wont ever get there and i will gain all my weight back!! please help!!! i dont want to fail here.

The first step is admitting it to people and you can go forward from there! Tomorrow is a new day!
I still splurge, but I try to make it on stuff that could be worse. Like for my sweet tooth I do sugar free stuff like pudding, angel food cake, cool whip and strawberries and mix and match to make different desserts that are less that the 100 cal snack packs, but taste decadent. And for my chip cravings, I found that a few of the french onion Sun Chips do wonders. I don't feel deprived, but I didn't ruin anything either! Some SF stuff or good for you foods taste funny to me, so I found stuff that tastes like full out cheating without full out cheating!

I hear you on this one, I have been doing the same thing these past weeks, eating malted milk balls at work, chips at home, etc. Been trying to keep busy to keep my mind off the eats. We will get past this. At least I know that I am not alone.
