Default Eating Question

I was wondering if this has happened to anyone else. This has me kinda worried about my eating a melon. Ok here goes, Why can I eat like almost 2 cups of cantalope and I barely get a full feeling. I just stop eating at that point. Now if I eat meat I can barley get down 4 to 5 oz. of meat and like chili a cup to about a 1 1/2 cup, is about the most of that I can eat. Most of the time it is a cup of chili. So why can I eat only this much meat and then other foods is mostly a cup and rarely a cup and a half of food. So my question is why can my stomach accomadate so much food and then other foods I get so little in.

Alt Weight Loss Surgery Insurance
Yes, you can often get insurance cover for your Weight Loss Surgery.
Our own Craig "Big-T" Thompson has been there and done that, and he's written an e-book about it.

hi diana,

i experience the same thing. i can get get a ton of salad down or fruit but the dense stuff and chicken or steak its tough to get in 3 oz. its all due to the density of the food you are eating. fruits and veggies get chewed up into practically water so you can eat alot. meats are more dense and fill you faster. they also make you full longer the others go right through you it seems. my surgeon says we should stick to dense foods to stay fuller longer.

Dense food sits longer.
Watery and airy food get squished and don't last as long.

Hello guys yes have the same problem dense food will make you have a full sensation as for fruits and vegetables it depends, for example I can not eat tomatoes they make me sick I used to love tomatoes and iti is very hard for me to digest.

Also after 7 months I cant eat meat very well have a hard time but ask me about my health results and I am on the other side of town.

regards

Yes dense fills you up faster and keeps you going longer. But melon and stuff is nice sometimes too for a change.
