Default Push has come to shove

I know exercise is essential and feel bad about flaking off, but I never really realized how much it was affecting my body. I mean, I don't consider myself in shape really. But now I know what out of shape is. I am the same weight and I was horrified to put my pants on last night and they are tight! I can't wear my blouses. I must have converted a lot of muscle to fat. I didn't even think I really had muscle, because when I think muscle, I think body builders.
Now I really am serious. This is totally unacceptable.
Plus I can't sleep anymore. I need that exercise to de-stress and be able to physically wind down at night.
Guess I'm not going to get away with whining my way to fitness.

Alt Weight Loss Surgery Insurance
Yes, you can often get insurance cover for your Weight Loss Surgery.
Our own Craig "Big-T" Thompson has been there and done that, and he's written an e-book about it.

Dang. My gym is going to be closed for 2 weeks starting next week for renovations. Plus my tennis school is going to be closed next week as well...I have to think of something to make up for it, but in this heat, yuck...and no, I am not a swimmer besides, the only pool close by that fits into to my schedule is the gym's.

right now I am still having problems recovering from my ankle being injured when I played dance dance revolution last week. I usually don't take this long to recover from hurting my ankle...but I can definately tell that not going to the gym lately is getting my mood down and my progress has slowed to almost a hault.....I have only lost 5 lbs in the last three weeks....not good. I hope that you get moving again and that your clothes fit again soon.
