Talking It is all Buckwheat's fault......

Okay so it is all Buckwheat's fault that when I went to the commissary on Friday night that I ended up bringing home frozen peach slices, 3 fresh whole peaches, and a sugar free peach pie.....Oh my goodness.... I think I may have went a bit crazy in that come to think of it...but crazy will taste good. So thank you Buckwheat for making me crave peaches so much lately....millions of peaches...peaches for me....millions of peaches....peaches for free...lol

Alt Weight Loss Surgery Insurance
Yes, you can often get insurance cover for your Weight Loss Surgery.
Our own Craig "Big-T" Thompson has been there and done that, and he's written an e-book about it.

Sounds yummy to me. I remember when I lived at home that I would love when my parents bought peaches and I would have them sliced with whole milk and a little bit of sugar....oh the sweet temptation....now it will be with skim milk and splenda...lol I already did watermellon towards the begining of summer. Did you ever answer my question as to how you do with eating mostly veggies? I am having a hard time stomaching meat. Any advice would be nice.

Okay so that is pretty much where I am at....but the cheese seems to create a blockage problem that I have decided gets remedied by a weekly dose of dove dark chocolate.....shhhh don't tell, but it is more effective on my body than the stool softeners and much more delicious.....hehehe. I can tolerate some meat things like fish, shrimp, pepperoni...and corned beef hash(reduced fat), but it is good to know that you have survived without the chicken pork and beef too much. Not too much of anything seems to be settling well lately the past two days. The only things that really seem to sit well right now are sugar free fudge pops and triscuits with cheese.

I actually don't seem to have a problem with stopping at one a week, so I guess the food police can write me up for a misdemeanor. I have never been one that was a slave to chocolate to begin with so maybe that is the difference. As to my ticker...I got frustrated and left it alone for the time being....lol. I will attack the issue later when I am more motivated. If you wanna know the figures I am down to 240 lbs which makes for a 75 lb weightloss so far.

Janae.

So you went on a peach binge...hehehe. I finally broke down last night and took one out of the basket. I my goodness was that good. I couldn't eat the whole thing but yummmmm-my.
I havn't had any chocolate yet, too afraid, BUT I had some mini chips ahoy cookies here for Ella and like nothing grabbed a couple. Nothing happened so by the end of the evening geuss who finished off the little container of those mini cookies!!!! Yep/....moi!!!
Now I get weighed today and I have to worry about those darned things.

I think for my next snack it will be another big'ol peach.

TOOTLES'
