OK, I'm back in the saddle. Two days good workouts, eating well and I'm UP 5 pounds! That used yo make me insane, but I'm used to it now. It'll start going down in a couple of days.

I am SOOOO happy not to be in that obsessive compolsive hell anymore!

Yes, you can often get insurance cover for your Weight Loss Surgery.

Im with you. I started upping my water and eating better and I am up 7lbs. Hopefully it will start going down soon. That is part of the reason I try to stay off the scale and just know that eating healthy and drinking my water and exercise is going to get me where I need to be.

I am so grateful you guys are posting this, cuz I am trying hard to be patient right now...and convince myself that this slow down will only be temporary...but today I did notice a slight increase in energy while I cleaned house. I swept all through the apartment, and put away laundry, and made sure every room but my daughter's is spic and span....I am trying to butter up hubby to take me to see the new pirate's movie on base this weekend...I soooooooo need a date with him where I can like him and not wanna throttle him...lol. I am doing much better with water the past few days also.
