so u guys know that i havent lost weight in what seems like forever, now this week it is just whooshing!! i lost another 2 pounds when i got on the scale this morning, meaning i have lost 5 pounds this week!! i reweighed several times, even moved the scale to different parts of the floor and checked the battery..lol i just cannot believe it!! i have been really strict lately and i guess it is paying off!!

I noticed that on your ticker before this post. Great job!!! I am so happy for you. I had a whoosh too!! I was at 240-242 at the end of last week...weighed on Monday and was down to 239...stayed at 238-239 through Friday...got on last night and this morning and was 236!!! I am down 5-6 pounds in about 1 week and 2 days! I had lost 4 or 5 pounds the week before and was sure I would be stuck for a little while. I have been trying to really stick with the program....it pays off!! You are down over 150lbs and it has not even been 1 year yet!!! You are amazing!!!

Whoo Hoo! My scale was "broken" too, as, even after a "pig-out" at a sushi bar last night, I was still a pound down from Friday! Yay for broken scales!
