Alt Weight Loss Surgery Insurance
Yes, you can often get insurance cover for your Weight Loss Surgery.
Our own Craig "Big-T" Thompson has been there and done that, and he's written an e-book about it.

BUCKWHEAT,

I find it hard to talk about having wl surgery right now, in fact people who see me ask me things like, did you change your hair?? Stuff like that, I just chuckle and agree with them.
I haven't told everyone about my surgery and those who notice the weight loss have compliments and then i just say thankyou and move on.
I geuss sooner or later after alot more weight is off i might have to fess up to it....hehehe.
I am feeling the same way that you are about being able to have a place I can go to hear and talk to all of you who have basically been through the same thing. it is the greatest for me, and I still have alot of questions.

I just wanted to tell you who like'S to garden, we are getting ready a little plot now for our Granddaughter who loves to help us.
I figured we can start this fall with some bulbs and continue in the spring when they start comming up. I want her to learn the importance of healthy eating while she is young. She will benefit from it in the long run, I hope. THAT AND SHE LIKES TO DIG HOLES...HEHEHEHE.
Just thought you would appreciate that.....

How is your little one doing???

Take care..ROBBIN

(((((((((HUGS))))))))))) Jerry, not easy to be the leader of the pack, eh?
Since the number of surgery is sky rocketing, no wonder you get bombarded with the same comments and Qs over and over and get tired of them. I am sorry that this kind of thing comes with the territory of being a pioneer, but it's one of those things that can't be helped. I am sure though, your answers are helping someone somewhere out there in getting new hope for themselves.
Rest your tired heart, head, mouth and feet here, share the power everyone has, and make a new go for it if you must.

Yes I have the same feeling Jerry.

God knows what I would have been doing without them!

I know that I will skrew up again, this isn't my 1st WLS, I did the gastric banding year 2000 worked for the 1st year then I gained everything back!..

I swear this time with God's will and with this lovely website support I will turn over the last page of my sad over weight story and won't turn it back ever in my life.

This is a road map that I drew for my new life and I'm gonna make it no matter what!!!

I'm very happy that you also joined this lovely group, please stay and inspire million of people!

i totally agree with all of you about this site being so great. i don't have many friends in the town i live in and none of them are overweight or ever have been, (ok maybee 4 or 5lbs but....you know). They just don't understand what life is like at this weight. I love being able to talk to everybody here who knows what it's like. You've all been or are at this stage and it helps to know i can vent and have people understand. I tell any and everyone about that i'm having the surgery. i guess it's just because i'm so excited about it and i know i'm doing something good for me for a change. Maybe after i'll get tired of it, but right now i'm telling anyone who will listen. Of course it's no one else's business so i don't see a problem with just changing the subject. If people comment on your weight loss just say thank you and change the subject. If they ask you how you did it, just say hard work and determination., that's not a lie. it takes alot of hard work and determination even with the surgery.

I actually don't mind for the most part telling people about the surgery so far. I guess it is because I have this site to come to where I know I can vent it out that it is easier.
