It's getting to that year point where the 'honeymoon' time ends and it's no fun anymore...now you have to figure out how too keep it fun and challenging otherwise it is SO easy to slide back into the old habits.
Try adding a new exercise class or take yoga or something that can help you get a different perspective on life after WLS...you look great and have done great! So it's tme to slide into the 'real' world of just regular people...
regular people, regular sized people workout each week, walk each day because...it's just what you do to not get fat...Right now, you're just normal sized looking to the world, or even little sized! So start with maybe journaling about why you think you're bored and all kinds of stuff..you might learn something about where the boredom is coming from :-)

| Yep, head hunger drives me nuts. I do fine when I'm busy, but if I get bored, it gets pretty ugly.

I hear ya KB. But don't let those bad habits come back. They are hard as hell to break!

Don't forget.
Your mouth is bigger than your pouch. Your eyes are bigger than your mouth....

If food invites you, drink water, go out and exercise, clean the house, take up a hobby, whatever. You probably are going through a phase right now, and if you can steer well, it will go away after a while.
