Default It just doesn't make sense

I just started really exercising about a week and a half ago. I have eaten well - a few extras at camp this weekend. No sickness, no being over full. I gained 5 pounds this week!!! I just had TOM two weeks ago and don't really have that reflect in my weight. I will keep exercising, but what a kick in the shins. Just had to whine... I'm better now. Thanks!

Alt Weight Loss Surgery Insurance
Yes, you can often get insurance cover for your Weight Loss Surgery.
Our own Craig "Big-T" Thompson has been there and done that, and he's written an e-book about it.

Someone did post that she gains at ovulation time rather than PMS. The timing seems to be that for you.
Also, if you started exercising, your muscle weight may be picking up a bit.
Just stick to the program, and even if you bounce around a bit, things will go back to the downward curve, given time.

Yeah, I got really frustrated when I first started working out because of the gaining, but it did level off. Think of the weight gain in terms of flushing out the fat though. Just stick to what you are doing.

Muscle weighs more than fat, but eventually those muscles will help burn more fat. Just be patient and keep working at it, you'll get great results!

I keep track of my inches so that when I don't necessarily see weight dropping I can see myself losing a half inch, an inch, etc... Also, focus on how your clothes fit instead. Weight is only a number...how you feel is FAR more important!

Lovie,

You know the old speel...muscle weighs more than fat.....but seriously your body is building it since you have been working out so well. Give it a little time and your metabolism will in turn kick it up a notch with that extra muscle and the weight will come off. You can do it!
