Red face Think before I fly off the wheel

Morning All! Before I even get out of bed, I have to spend a few minutes and think about how I want this day to look. It's too easy to just take off w/o a direction and it's no surprise at night to find I haven't done as well as I had hoped.
I probably should have been doing this for the past 5 years, but it's never too late. It will be interesting to me to see if this makes any difference, or if I even stck to it.
175 butt naked and,of course, after the bathroom. LOL! you know what I mean..every ounce counts! I have 4 weeks to the cruise, not much time for dropping weight when I'm already so close to goal. However, I want to fit into that dress!
So I guess it's more size that I'd like to alter. That probably means I should concentrate more on the exercise side of things. I know if I stick to a 4 week plan, plus do Shipshape on board, I should be able to see some result.
These short term goals are a lot more doable than having a big black tunnel in front of me. Especially now, when a good week might mean a 1 pound loss.
Any suggestions to motivate me or tweak my yet to be arranged plan are most welcome. I got used to not having to watch it for a few years there and now I'm lazy.

Alt Weight Loss Surgery Insurance
Yes, you can often get insurance cover for your Weight Loss Surgery.
Our own Craig "Big-T" Thompson has been there and done that, and he's written an e-book about it.

Hmmm.. I say if you have such a short term goal, take a picture of yourself in that little dress now. Post that picture everywhere you can and make sure you don't ignore it. Remember how important it is to you to fit in that dress and you will do it! Good luck and have fun on the cruise.

I like your idea Shelley...maybe you should add dancing into your routine. Make it a point to leave off the tv and put on some good paced music to encourage you to sway your hips back and forth while doing things around the house. When you are online...sit on an exercise ball and roll back and forth and bounce a bit to help things kinda tighten while you are more idle. Hope these sugestions help and that you will show us a pic of you in that gorgeous dress on your cruise.
