OMG wat a life time this is turning into.....well i measured myself not to long ago well just the waist and i was like (ok i cant say it for real) HOLY COW !!!! i have a 38 inch waist it hasnt been that low in YEARS and my husbandwas like honey i can touch my elbows when i hug you i was like yeay me!!! he wa slike i used to just be able to touch my wrist and we are talking a BIG man he is 6 foot 2 in half and 375lbs he was like it wont be to long before there is nothing to you i was like sure there is plenty to me i got plenty of @ZZ LOL but my self esteem is way up my clothes are falling off me and i been gettin MAJOR WOWS I LOVE IT!!!!!!!!!!!! but i wanted to let you all know im still alive and kicking and thinking about every one......i got a break from work and kids and hubby not to mention other family members....ALOT of life has been happening and i have been severely on the move....how is every one???

i dont know how to do side by side pics i only know how to update profile pics.... BOY i have some pics its AMAZING the differance...yes I LOVE THE WOWS....i do plan on comming by and letting you all know how i am doing.....and yes i know who that girl was regretting this and let me tell you I HAVE NO REGRETS....not a single one...you all told me so also....i have been working my butt off and drinking fluids up the WAZOOO im drinking about 74 to 80 fluid oz a day....to think i can drink that much....with this heat im having a hell of a time eating any thing so i do my best to keep hydrated at least and at night time i eat or drink my protien.
