The local country station spent a lot of time this weekend playing military-themed songs, and I was out in the privacy of the garage belting them out. The 4th is a special day for me for several reasons. I gained an appreciation of what it means while I was in the army, especially stationed overseas during that era. Also I chose to be an American, so because I had to work for my citizenship, I appreciate it perhaps a bit differently than many. Glad you had a good time at the concert.
