Hi Everyone,
I made it safe and sound to the first trek of my trip...930 miles to northern NY.
I had a cooler with water, propel, 4 containers of protein drink, yogurt & special K. Thanks for everyones suggestions!

I stopped in Chicago to see me Doc. I am down 53#s. I was estatic! I can now eat anything and do any exercise I want so now I'm double happy!!!
I'm at a family memebers now and can't stick around long. Just wanted you all to know how I MISS you all and hope everyone is having a great weekend. I hope to come on in the next couple of days if I can get the chance before I leave for CT.
