saw my dr today. i was put on nexium once per evening (before dinner) something about time release something or other??? he says he thinks its an ulcr and while a scope would be nice its not urgent. he started me on a course to see if treating it this way will work. all i know is today i did not eat at all. i dont have a burning sensation, and i am not in any pain, its more like a bloat, like my pouchy is stuffed full. over the weekend i had a bug i think. at least i dont think it was related. but i had the poops and the pukes. though i think that might have been dumping because i INHALED a handful of raisins. stupid move. i know. 3 bananas and some rice cakes later  it stopped. thank god. LOL! ontop of all of this it is TOM. isnt that wonderful?? i am just going to do some yogurt tonight so i can take the darn pill and just go light tomorrow. if i stay like this i cant even drink shakes. it literally took all day to drink 2 bottles of snapple. i feel like when i first came home. and i could only do an ounce or two an hour LOL> THIS IS INSANE. i know its not good but i just cant. frustrated  and yet i feel fine. im not thirsty or hungry. im not tired or ill feeling. i just cant really eat. what is wrong with me??

Weight Loss Method Roux en Y Gastric Bypass | Sounds like a bump in the road to me ~~~ when I had my ulcer, it felt like a weird gnawing sort of feeling. Milk seemed to calm mine when it was fussing. I'm sure if you talked to 10 people they'd tell you ten different things ~ hope the meds work quickly for you and you're feeling like yourself again in no time.

i think i may have multiple things going on here. the bloat isnt the usual pms bloat/ water retention thing. it is specifically my stomach or what i think is my pouch. it feels like a bubble. literally. i wish i could describe it some otherway. like, when you blow a bubble with bubble gum, thats how it feels in my belly. tight. and like its gonna burst LOL. not funny  but the ulcer part, i knew i was having a reflux issue. im sure it is an ulcer. i have been munching more and more lately. in fact that is the only time that THING is not there. its not pain, its like a grrrrrrrr. LOL. im at a loss for words. LOL! i was up hacking all night and so im told thats a symptom from the up splash?? who knows. just when i think i have this thing under control, i so dont. all the zantac, and nexium and tums and whatever else has pretty much calmed the reflux down in a few days i have been taking it which is great. at least i dont feel like i am vomitting in my mouth all the time anymore the funny thing is i am in pretty good spirits. im not depressed which usually comes a long with tom. so i have no clue whats going on here. no clue at all. wait actually that might be the lexapro. he upped my dosage on that as well. i just hope (and pray) its over in the next 3 days. i couldnt take it any longer than that LOL! im such a wuss. PS my mom and sister will be here thursday. maybe thats whats screwing up my stomach
