 |  Annual checkup with the GYNO!!
Went yesterday for my yearly checkup with my gyno...he was shocked when he saw me (our list visit was 3 weeks before the gastric surgery). He was amazed at how much I had lost...
Points of interest:
*Blood pressure was 112/73.
*I have fasting labs next week to check cholesterol etc. I can't wait to see these results!!
*He backed off my estrogen to a healthier level. I have not had a hot flash in about a year, and he said quality of life is something to be concerned about, but with estrogen, less is usually better! We'll see how the new script goes!
*Mammo results from June were excellent. He doesn't want another scan for 6 months.
I weighed in at 151. I have been bouncing around with about 4 pounds for the last several weeks. Got down to 148, but been doing the bounce thing for a while now. I'm starting to think this is where my body will settle (less a few more pounds if I opt for the plastic surgery and skin removal).
All in all, it was a GREAT visit!!

Great!!!!! I was just sitting here trying to look for a new GYNo myself as I just found out that mine has retired! I wonder how different that will be with the new size!!??

went back in for my blood work yesterday...I can't wait to get the results. My blood pressure was 112/68....low again....is this normal? (doc?)....
They look on my chart from last year and my triglycerides and cholesterol were all high...I can't wait to get my results back in to see how the weight loss has affected it!
