my daughter left for camp yesterday until saturday, it is a great camp and so many fun things for her to do...i miss her already!! besides staying the night at friends house or with relatives, she has never been away from home, she went with 3 friends so i am sure she is fine, but i wonder about me..lol she was gone by the time i got home from work yesterday so i only got to say good bye on the phone, but there was an envelope on the counter for me from her that said...to mommy, this is to remember me by...omg...tears!! lol i can be such a pile!! i just need to remember how much fun she is having!!

When my son was little i missed him so bad everytime he left for camp or vacations with the family until the summer before his senior year. I was relived he was gone! LOL. How sweet this is a milestone in her life for sure.

kelly she is gone from monday to saturday but i havent seen her since saturday cuz she spent the night at grandmas and then i worked 18 hours from sunday till monday and she was gone b4 i got home...i still have colby at home with me so it isnt really all me time but i have been enjoying spending time with just him and he is enjoying getting spoiled too...and as much as those two fight, he really misses her
