Default Hop to it!

First day of school! I can't think of a better milestone to use to get refocused, committed and motivated. I'm up at 5:15 am to go to a meditation meeting, then to the gym. Lunches are made coffee's on.
I can't tell if I'm up or down in weight. I'll weigh at the gym today (even though the scale is heavier and I couldn't POSSIBLY weigh that much, heh?) and use that as my starting weight. I have a one month target to get myself back into the swing of things where I'll have to be a tad more diligent than usual, not that I'm ever diligent in the first place!
And so off I trot into the blurry darkness in my now too tight gym shirt, forgotten gym shoes and a gym bag full of stuff I didn't even remember I had.
I vow never to let this happen again. When I had that minor surgery this summer, I really ran with the ball. I seriously doubt it takes three months to recover from a breast and mons revision!
Oh well, no regrets, just onward ho. After all. what's the alternative?

Alt Weight Loss Surgery Insurance
Yes, you can often get insurance cover for your Weight Loss Surgery.
Our own Craig "Big-T" Thompson has been there and done that, and he's written an e-book about it.

good job in getting out there and going through the motions of getting back into shape. Our school doesn't start soon enough....Sept 7th. I am looking forward to that day more than my wedding anniversary.
