Weight Loss Method Roux en Y Gastric Bypass | JUSt saw a commercial for a great new thing for salad dressing I believe the manufacturer is WISHBONE and its spritzing (spray on ) salad dressings with 1 calorie per spritz... seems better then pouring far more on salad then needed. THIS sounds like a product worth trying but of course I have to retry salads now that my ulcer is healing i think that was why salad never faired well with me so im gonna find this spritzing dressing and try a salad soon! THOUGHT i would share. Wish-BoneŽ HOW neat so we dont overdue on salad dressing! i am impressed hopefully it will taste good.

Height: | I haven't tried the dressing spritz...but Lisa have you thought of making a salad without the lettuce and maybe just some things like peas, cheese, and some nuts? I know it sounds weird, but I tried it today out of desperation for a salad fix, and it settled very well for me. Plus peas have like 5 g of protein according to the package...so that is a bonus. Good luck sweetie. Janae |

Weight Loss Method Roux en Y Gastric Bypass | WOW didnt realize peas had so much protein, but right now im staying lo on the veggies as they are hard to digest foods and im being really easy on my pouch to heal this ulcer. IN another month i am going to try some of the odd things that i didnt tolerate before because i really think it was ulcer related and a nice salad is at the top of that list. hugz

Height: | yeah, I was pleasantly pleased to see the nutritional info on the peas myself. I hope that your pouch heals up soon and that you can enjoy this idea. I know that lettuce and cucumbers are still just too hard for me to keep down without a struggle, but someday it won't be as hard. In the meantime it is nice to eat this as a substitute. Best of luck honey. Janae |
