| Coat season coming..... okay so I have always looked at coat season with a sense of remorse because as much as I love the look of leather coats, I just didn't find one that fit and flattered my bulbous size. Last year at winter it was hard for me to find a size 3x coat that would look decent and zip up completely, so I just used hoodies for the most part and an old coat I had...it was very depressing. This year I went into Sears and saw the jackets they had, and I actually zipped up a size Large jacket. It was pink and white and gray and really cute. It was a bit snug, but just the fact that it fit to begin with was awesome to me. I just had to share that YES moment with ya all. I can't wait until I see all the leathers come out this season and I try them all on. I will probably have to buy a cheap pleather one this year so that I can afford the nicer real one next season when I am done losing, but still what a wonderful thought to be able to find something this year. Love ya all. Janae

COOL beans......I am not a big fan of coats I must say. I like hoodies. In Memphis we really don't need heavy coats. Guess I will make due with sweats and fleece!!!

I know that I found some good deals in Idaho come coat season for fake leather jackets around and under $20 so I will be keeping my eyes out for those kind of deals if I get anything this year. I will also wait until it is closer to actually being needed before I buy anything. I figure if nothing else I can try to resell on ebay when I am done, that or hand down to someone I love.

afterall I do live in Burlington County, the home of the original Burlington Coat factory....lol. Actually I love shopping for great finds at TG Maxx and Ross's Dress For Less. Shhhhh....those are some of my best secrets.

My friend moved to Florida, and gave me a three quarter length coat before she left.
Additionally, my sister had ordered a coat last year, and the company sent her two. She was going to return it, but they told her to keep it. That one is long, red, and still has the tags on it. It is size 8, and hopefully I will be able to wear it this winter.

I love Burlington Coat factory, I used to go to one in ST. Paul, MN we are getting one here in Fargo, supposed to open before Oct. I did see the leather coats in Sears, there were some nice looking ones. I know I will need a coat here in North Dakota, I can see the snow already... nooo Peggy/F
