Isn't it funny what we allow to go into our bodies. I wouldn't fret too much, your caloric intake was still low enough it shouldn't do any harm. I know that when I have eaten something out of the norm, I usually stress out thinking OMG "I stretched my pouch" or "I am gonna have a gain in the morning". But, I find sometimes, the "out of the norm" actually kickstarts me into losing again. Weird, but that's how my body is. Have a great day!

At least, it wasn't a Big Whopper or whatever they are called.
Just pick yourself up, dust your hands off, and get back on track, and you'll be fine. (((((HUGS))))

It's amazing what we can fit in there sometimes. I bet if you tried that today you would only get half of it down. (Not that you should! LOL)
