Smile hubby's situation fixed - sorry this is long

Quick re-cap - he got a ticket because he was let out of his cell for work and was told he needed an escort. He said he didn't need one, that he always goes alone, but she said 'well how about you don't go to work'. He sat down to wait for his escort and she said to 'lock in'. He said something about going to work and she said 'no, lock in'. He said 'are you serious' and when she said yes, he locked in. For this she wrote a ticket for disobeying a direct order and creating a disturbance (because other inmates were around) and a series of unfortunate events led us to lose our beloved 45 hours together and lots of privledges.

So, ok, we went on the event today, but I have to start at the begining.
He was writtent the ticket in retailiation for a male officer who was insecure. His wife is a CO there and he was getting officers to 'burn' inmates for 'talking' to his wife. My husband didn't even know her. I guess he did this so much that there were lots of grievances written and he is now suspended and locked out of the facility.

The reason my husband's punishment was so harsh (15 days keep lock, 30 days loss of phones, packages, commissary and events - we needed 14 days or less to 'keep' trailers) was because he asked a lieutenant he knows to fix it and when the Lt. called to have it fixed he was told by the disciplinary lietenant that 'you won't tell me how to do my job.' So the disciplinary Lt. was mad and gave my hubby the max on everything.
Then after he was off keep lock, he saw the superintendant who said we could go on the event and would 'fix' things for our trailer. And he did. Luis had put the appeal in writing to him and it got taken care of. Even though he did 15 days keep lock, his record says 13 days and we already have another trailer set for september. And if his partner in the child care centers cancels his for August, we'll go then. And we went on the event today.
But the kicker was that when the superintendent (top dog/warden), deputy superintendent of programs, and the other Lt. all found out he lost his trailer they all said 'why didn't you have Ms. Menard call me. I would have let you go'... but they were all on vacation that week.

So lots of things had to go wrong at the worst time and they all did. The guys at my husband's church said there was a reason we just weren't meant to go. Maybe I was saved from a horrible accident or something, but it just wasn't meant to be that time.
But now that all of my husband's contacts who are higher up who respect him got off of vacation, everything is fixed.
Today I had asked the female officer before the processing began 'is my husband on the list'. I hadn't seen her much so I was gonna give her his name and # and she just turned her head all snotty and said 'he's on the list'. I thought something was up by her attitude, so I got her name and he confirmed that she was the one who wrote the bullsh-t ticket. I hope she feels like an idiot for supporting a jerk.
Anyways, thanks for listening! I was so happy today becasue I got to talk to him and hold him. I'll post the picture in a few days. He took it because I needed 2 hands to deal with an over-tired 3 yr. old and he's gonna mail it to me. I don't look too bad if I do say so myself!

Alt Weight Loss Surgery Insurance
Yes, you can often get insurance cover for your Weight Loss Surgery.
Our own Craig "Big-T" Thompson has been there and done that, and he's written an e-book about it.
