Weight Loss Method - |  I kicked some major butt!
I went to the gym only to see that my class was canceled . I decided to go into the equipment room to work out. I KICKED MAJOR BUTT ON THE ELLIPTICAL!!! I was on there for 25 minutes at varying intervals. I have never been on there that long. It also helped that I imagined that I was competing against the 2 old ladies next to me on the bike. I refused to get off the elliptical until they got off their bikes. It's the competitive nature in me
