Smile Back on board

Well I have been home from canada for a week. I am still feeling tired from my radiation treatments but it is getting better. The problem I have been having is that I am starving all the time. I had to go fill the fridge up with good stuff again, because we ate all the stuff that would spoil. So hopefully now that I am full of yogurt and cottage cheese and fruit again I will have good snacks and can get on the losing side again. I have been floating up and down with this one pound.. LOL its here then its not sheesh. I know the hungery isnt always head hungry it is deff me being hungry and I know I have to build up my immune system again and I am trying but I have not been hungry for good stuff.. I have been carb hungry. Like low sugar, I guess I could check that sheesh..lol.. I just wanted to let you girls know I am getting back on track here. The kids went back to school Monday and I had a few appointments this week so I wasnt on here much. And one thing I noticed the past few weeks when I have gone out to eat.. I am sure you girls know what I am talking about here. I see other people get plates of food and think OMG how can you eat all that. And think there was a time I could eat a whole dinner plate like that but its funny how your brain can change in such a short time.

Alt Weight Loss Surgery Insurance
Yes, you can often get insurance cover for your Weight Loss Surgery.
Our own Craig "Big-T" Thompson has been there and done that, and he's written an e-book about it.

glad your back and doing well. Your on the right track and you did good by getting all the good foods.
And yes I know what you mean about the plates. I tend to look at my husband or others when I am with them and think "man your gonna eat all that." Weird like you said how we change. For the better that is.

Glad you are back home LadyLisa, and glad you are doing better. Now that you back home I'm sure you'll get back on track foodwise. The important thing right now is you get yourself back to feeling good. We've missed you!
