Alt Weight Loss Surgery Insurance
Yes, you can often get insurance cover for your Weight Loss Surgery.
Our own Craig "Big-T" Thompson has been there and done that, and he's written an e-book about it.

I took 2 weeks off and i cook for 250 kids in a child care center... I couldnt lift anything over 10 lbs and still dont i get the school agers to put my warehouse load away. But the DR told me I would come home exhausted and i do. I work from 6:30 to 1:30 and do take a nap around 3:30. But it is better than before, I had WLS, lapro on july 20th and doiong well.

Talking I was completely free....

....off for about 2 weeks....
Then my 3yr. old returned and we packed our entire house...and sold it....moved all our things to storage....traveled all over the east coast....looked for a new place to live....went back to TX to get our things....prepared to move for 5 weeks (took a short break by throwing out my back)....then moved myself, husband, 3 year old and 2 cats to NYC.....arrived to an apt that wasn't ready for us....movers came 3 days later to load my entire livingroom with boxes to the ceiling...and now, I'm unpacking.

AHHHH! Not your traditional "JOB" ....but, I didn't stop working from week 3 post-op to now....today I took a 5 hour break playing on this site finally catching up with everyone.....I did VERY LITTLE work.

Ahhhh....finally a break!

Honestly....I'd say I was tired and fatigued for about 4 weeks....and couldn't lift over 10# for 6 weeks. Other than that my recovery was flawless....

Good luck!!

first off please run this question by your surgeon!
ITS very imporatant to follow there protocal.

I was naughty i will admit and started back to my
work with in 12 days not waiting to 15as my surgeon wanted. I work
in my home and was able to slip in a one hour nap in the day so
it worked for me!
