Red face Bon Voyage to Leeds

Hey dearest friends,

I have been so much in a rush getting ready to leave to Leeds. I'm happily announcing that the whole family will leave to Leeds, UK on Sep 10th. We bought the tickets last Wed.

Last Wed, the nanny had been interviewed by the British embassy and guess what?? She got the Visa!!!! wohoooooooooooooooooo
fHer sister (Dana's nanny) will head back to the philippines, she has been with us for almost 3 years. She will get back to sort her family issues with her husband and most probably come back to Kuwait when I graduate Oct 2007.

So now hubby, the kids, Judy's nanny and I will go to Leeds in a matter of 2 weeks. I cannot tell you how much I'm deeply barried with the things I will ship and things I'll take with us in the airplane heheheh if there is a way to pull out the house and move it to Leeds I would have done it!!!!

Deborah, has Russ bought the stationary school supplies like 3-4 weeks before the studying get comminced hehehe I did!! I bought also a new brand XPS Dell laptop (was Moe's choise I had to bribe him hehehehehe!!!! my poor hero will stay for a year without a life!!) I prefered to buy Sony Vio because it's very feminine and slim laptop that I can carry it like a peice of paper but Dell has won the competition because it has better spec's than the Vio, plus Vio's screen is very delicate and thin that Moe was worried it will get damaged with the geological hammer or with my other heavy books! He convinced me!

What makes me really worried to the extent that I'm having headaches for almost 5 weeks non stop and I have disturbed stomach which if I will stay living in this amount of stress will develop to ulcer heheheheh! I used to be the top of my class since I was a little, I was the top of my year book at KUniv. what worries me now is that I will be in a new school, I know nothing about my pears!!! Don't get me wrong I love to be challenged by people in my level but I hate to be a failiar!! this what break my nerves these days that I have bad dreams about it lately.

last time I had a dream like I'm doing a pop-exam and I wasn't prepared for it, I was so scared hehehehhe

Well, this is to early to worry about, you will read a lot of these posts from me when I start studying at Leeds.

I need your prayers and thoughts.
I might be short in posting over the board in the coming few days, I beg you a pardon.

Love you all
Hugs
Hanadi

Alt Weight Loss Surgery Insurance
Yes, you can often get insurance cover for your Weight Loss Surgery.
Our own Craig "Big-T" Thompson has been there and done that, and he's written an e-book about it.

Thank you very much for your thoughts and prayers they were really rewarding. I'm glad that the embassy has issued the Visa for the nanny. Everything now seems to be going in the right path except that we're in a packing festival (the family, and the other flying nanny) she's also packing up heading to the philippines.
Dana is not feeling well these days, she has a feeling that her second mom (the nanny) will be leaving her. I don't want my poor baby to feel bad about it so I'm trying a lot to fill this gap. I have to admit it that I was a good mommy for Jude but for this new adorable Dana I was not that good!!! Since the day of her birth I was totally busy preparing myself for the language (TOEFL, ILTES,..) Math, physics, exams (GRE). Applying for UK/USA schools and searching the high standard ones, then back to work, working out in house and out side the house so more or less I was away from Danny. The nanny was her real mom through that time.
I'm sure she will get shocked fro her disapearance but she will not be able to express it in any other way but crying!
there will be a lot of changes for the whole family in general and for the kids in particular: new environment, new neighborhood, new weather, new schools, new friends, new teachers, new LIFE! I'm not sure whether I should prepare them emotinoally for that and would Judy understand me and understand what's going on!

We'll see what will happen.

HUGSS

Hey there Hanadi

Moving is a stressful time for everyone. Children, however, are very resilient. Your daughters will be fine. THey will take it in stride, and love the experience.

Now, maybe I can arrange a visit to see my SIL in England, and come see you, too!!!!!!!!! Wouldn't that be GREAT!!!!! S

Red face Count down..Bye bye Kuwait :~)

Ladies I can't tell you how messy is the house right now everything is on the floor I'm not used to that clutter everywhere I feel ichy I can't be messy!!!!!

The clock is ticking

I basically have 6 days before I leave Kuwait for one whole year!! this will be the longest away time ever in my life! the longest away time was around 3 months when I did my OJT, and I remember exactly at the 3rd month I had depression and felt home sick and wanted to get back to Kuwait at the soonest! Although hubby was with me and we're newly wed but I missed my parents a lot!.

This time my family got bigger, hubby with my 2 daughters. I will be much busier I'm sure. I don't know if I would have time to miss my family in Kuwait or not. But I'm sure in the first weekend in Ramadhan I know that I will shed a tear at the breakfast food table coz in Ramadhan the best quality time I love and will always love is the moment of breaking our fasting day with the whole family around the table (it has a special feeling if I may compare it like family around the thanks giving table!)

I'm very enthusiastic about the studies I know that I will do well, but the difficult equation is how to balance between studies, family, WL goal?!
