Smile Today is my 6 month surgiversary!!!
Well, it's been 6 months to the day of my WLS and I am so happy with my results. I never imagined I could lose 77 lbs so quickly and effortlessly. I am off my blood pressure meds, my arthritis meds, and am down to only one Cholesterol med. I feel healthy and full of energy and I am no longer self consious about my weight. I love buying clothes (unfortunately my bank account does not love it as much!) My Doctor asked me if I had any regrets about the surgery and I told him ABSOLUTELY NOT!! The fear of gaining the weight back still sits in the back of my mind every time I eat something I know I shouldn't but I have confidence that I will continue to make smart food choices and keep up my excersize.

Here's to a great six months of weight loss and to a lifetime of healthiness!!!!

Yes, you can often get insurance cover for your Weight Loss Surgery.
Our own Craig "Big-T" Thompson has been there and done that, and he's written an e-book about it.
