Please don't get discouraged -- I hit a plateau 1 year out that lasted about 4 months where I played around with the same 3 lbs...up and down with those same darn pounds!! I stayed the course, went to support meetings, continued my exercise regime...then suddenly I started dropping the weight at a rate of 2-5 lbs per week for awhile...I couldn't figure out the reason for it all! All I can say Saturngirl, is PERSEVERE!!! You WILL come off that plateau, you WILL see those pounds come off, and you WILL be so elated when it happens it'll re-motivate you!
