Default Hot Flashes?

Does anybody else get hot flashes when they eat? It is only when I eat. Not any other time. At first I thought it was just menopause but it is only when I eat? Just break out into a sweat for a few minutes and then it goes away. Sometimes it happens again and sometimes not.

Alt Weight Loss Surgery Insurance
Yes, you can often get insurance cover for your Weight Loss Surgery.
Our own Craig "Big-T" Thompson has been there and done that, and he's written an e-book about it.

I wouldn't necessarily call it a hot flash. I am usually FREEZING all the time. So, when I eat is about the only time I am comfortable temperature wise. So, it's not really a hot flash, but I do notice that my body is warmer than usual. I think I've heard that it's because our body is digesting the food and it makes us warmer.

Depends what I eat. For me, it is a light form of dumping. Too much fat or carb at a sitting

Yep. Its a form of dumping. It happens everytime I eat something I shouldn't. Its not a pleasant feeling.

Yes, the most likely cause is dumping in a very light degree.
Have you considered what kind of food makes you feel the flash? Carbs or fatty food? Getting in your protein first may help.
