Question I am at a stand still-mentally

ok, for 3 months I have only lost 3 pounds. I have about 25 to 30 more to go to be completely happy. I am losing my passion for the weight loss. I dont seem as motivated as I was before. I am starting to make excuses for not walking and not sticking to the diet as closely. Has this happened to any of you?

Alt Weight Loss Surgery Insurance
Yes, you can often get insurance cover for your Weight Loss Surgery.
Our own Craig "Big-T" Thompson has been there and done that, and he's written an e-book about it.

When your weight loss slows down, it does get discouraging. However, you are still less than a year out, so if you get serious about your tool, you can still get there.
Being to strict with total uptake can actually slow down your weight loss. Go back to the basic rules, protein first and at least 60g per day, and fluids, at least 64oz per day, or both as your surgeon instructed, plus no drinking when eating and don't drink for at least 30 mins up to an hour after meals. If your total daily intake is below 1000 kcals, raise it above 1000 kcals. Change your exercise program. These are some things that you can try.

i have also felt this way at times...this last little bit of weight i have to lose is seriously pissing me off..lol i work so hard and am faithful about going to the gym, etc...but it will come off in its own time, i have learned not to stress too much about it, cuz all that does is drive me crazy, which dosnt help...so good luck, stick to the rules and it will happen!!

I definately have the same feelings you do. I am glad you posted this. I fear and feel like this is it I am done losing and dont want to be. I am a slacker in the exercise dept. and that is noones fault but my own. I look in the mirror and still see a fat middle so I get down on myself. I know I am healthier than I have been in many years and that was my reason fir the surg. so I am greatful for it I guess I just want a finished product. So see you are not alone at all we need this site to vent and to be there foreach other, so TKS. to you and hang in there and know you are not alone. Kathy
