well d***ed scale jumped back up one pound this am but hopefully it is because i am not feeling good. I have lots of yucky colored sinus stuff and my tonsils are so swollen they are touching!! Yuck! Just came on so suddenly in the middle of the night. I felt great all day yesterday!
