first off let me say that i ordered from www.ibariatric.com and got my order over night which is WONDERFUL. i ordered the achieve one mocha java flavor drink and the kay's natural apple cinnamon protein cereal. i havent tried the cereal yet but the mocha java is pretty good. i LOVE coffee so its like a chocolate flavored iced coffee drink. 20g protein in each 9 oz bottle. i might try the capuccino flavor next. just wanted to share with you all if you were looking for stuff to satisfy your protein requirements.

PS. its not cheap. but i thought i would try it...

I agree with you Kenya. Now my problem is that I am oh so hooked. Its my treat every afternoon. Ive tried all the flavors. I think the cappachino I heard is the most popular flavor. Boots got me hooked on the mocha java.

the only thing is everytime i have checked the capuccino is sold out. UGH! im dying to try it. LOL. it is expensive but you know what? i think we are worht the treat we've worked so hard and cared for others for so long its well deserved.

I like the mocha java better than the cappacino. But the cappacino will do in a pinch.

darnit! i cant get any of the cappuccino from anywhere UGH! i want to at least try it.

i had some of the cereal this afternoon for a snack. um...lets just say it will take some getting use to. its not TERRIBLE but it's not TERRIFIC. LOL.

i also ordered the mocha java it is my first time trying it.... it's ok not hooked yet i had my first one last night soon as it came in the house i have heard so much about it. so i finally ordered some and i just had to have it. and it will come in handy when i need to get in my protein.but i love the whey from gnc i put it in my coffee and it is real good to me i'm hooked on it. and i wasn't even a coffee drinker but now i have to get in the protein and that is the only way i can drink it.i don't like it in milk anymore so i tried coffee and it is so much better for me.

I'm an official mocha java junkie, too! I have one a day instead of coffee. I've tried the vanilla nut, too, but mocha java is by far my favorite. I wish the shipping cost wasn't so high, but I can't find AchieveOne locally so that's my only option.
