Becca had the idea of all of us getting together next summer...
....and I thought it would be fun to do something earlier.
My favorite season in NYC is Fall....so I thought for whoever may want to get together that we could get something "casual" together. I'm in and Becca is in....so.....
After talking to Becca we found two dates that were good for the two of us (actually I had more - b/c I don't have a "life"!!)...when we threw out the first to everyone...only a couple of us could make it.... a lot of birthday's, anniversary's and planned trip's ...so we thought we'd try the second and see what kind of response we'd get.
I know that everyone will not be able to make it...but, I hope that you'd try to come...you don't have to make it an all weekend thing...or even an ALL Day thing! Just come for Dinner...or Lunch! Or...you can do the all day thang!
Becca is hoping we can make some time to set some plans into place for our next summer's BIG BASH. (so, if you want to be on the planning committee...please!!)
Can't wait to see you all....this will be a fun adventure...and hopefully we can see Central Park in Fall....I LOVE FALL!!!!!
Yes, you can often get insurance cover for your Weight Loss Surgery. Our own Craig "Big-T" Thompson has been there and done that, and he's written an e-book about it.
Matt is coming with me as well, and he wants to go see the Statue of Liberty, So he is in with us too, he has been right by my side from day one of my weight loss surgery, (at first he was NO WAY MOMMA......It could kill you.......But momma talked to him and he seen my side........) So i have my buddie coming too.
We won't be changing the date again....kay?? If it's just you & Me....(and of course Wes & Matty) then that's that! It will be a fun time...
I've actually never been to the Statue of Liberty...and would LOVE to go see her. I see her nearly every day as I walk in my neighborhood...that is really amazing - especially the FIRST time we were walking down the hill and my dad said, "Look at that beautiful sunset with Lady Liberty!" Looking up, I gasped! Now...I like to purposely walk that way....
Anyway...I'm excited about the time frame we are meeting...I love October. And I know that by that time I should be in LOW stress...and hopefully be settled in our home...and Russ will be away from his midterms..and hopefully be able to join us - at least for a bit in the day!
NOW....who else will join us....betcha can find a knock off Prada....in pink, say....(tempting, huh??)
I have to wait for the cheerleadin schedule of my daughters before i can commit to things!
I will most probalby have kids with me!
SO lady liberty and central park sound awesome.
count me semi in! for a family of 5 perhaps.
MAYBE less of us ill see soon.
