Default I survived...

had surgery a week ago today!! I lived and all seems to be running it's course. I'm a little sore, but the gas is what makes it very uncomfortable. First day back to work and I'm just on the tired side and leaving early to go home and rest
the surgery wasn't bad... in fact my dr said eveything went great and it only took a little less then two hours . I was out of recovery and into a room by 12! I woke up and wasn't very happy that same day but was glad I didn't have to get out of bed to even pee! The next morning was rough and I really did not like the hospital stay (but that's a whole other issue)... passed my GI test with flying colors... peed on my own... walked down the hall... gave myself a good wipe down and sat up for a good hour or two. Next day I got to go home and have been resting, but active with letting the pugs outside and sitting on the couch for a few shows. Each day got better and I think I'm doing pretty well now.
I really need thank all the kind people here ... last thursday I was a MESS but so far I'm very thankful that I went through with it. Thanks so much!!!

Alt Weight Loss Surgery Insurance
Yes, you can often get insurance cover for your Weight Loss Surgery.
Our own Craig "Big-T" Thompson has been there and done that, and he's written an e-book about it.

Wink Pugmama~

CONGRATULATIONS!!

I'm soooo glad that you are fine...and your spirits are calm...and you are on the "other side"!
That is soooo great. You take it easy...and follow your doctor's protocol...and you will be great!

This is an exciting time...and just wait - 3 or 4 months down the road you will be amazed at the person staring back at you from the mirror and pictures!!

Hope we get to see you a lot more often...and get the opportunity to know you!!
